What Makes This Program Unique

● Faculty with real assistant experience at top orchestras, opera houses, and conservatories.
● Training in musical, administrative, and interpersonal leadership — not just baton technique.
● Individualized coaching on how to serve, support, and eventually lead
● Focused on real-world rehearsal culture, not just theoretical instruction.
This is the training most young conductors never receive — until it’s too late. We provide it before the pressure arrives.
