All lessons take place over high-quality video calls, allowing you to learn from world-class faculty wherever you are. You'll receive a private link before each session. Our platform supports screen sharing, playback tools, and real-time audio so your instructor can give detailed, personalized feedback.

You'll need your instrument, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. A laptop or tablet on a stable surface works best. For optimal audio, we recommend using headphones and, if possible, an external microphone, though built-in microphones work well for most sessions.

Absolutely. We want you to find the right match for your learning style and goals. You can browse our full faculty directory, try lessons with different teachers, and settle on the instructor who inspires you most. There is no lock-in period or penalty for exploring your options.

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to allow faculty to manage their time. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, you can do so easily through your student portal.

Before your first lesson, make sure your instrument is tuned and your device is set up in a quiet, well-lit space. Have any sheet music or materials ready. Your instructor will use the first session to understand your experience level, goals, and musical interests so they can tailor a learning plan for you.
