Universities, conservatories, community colleges, music schools, community organizations, and other accredited educational institutions are all welcome to apply. We evaluate each application based on institutional alignment and commitment to quality arts education.
Most partners complete onboarding within 2-4 weeks. This includes portal setup, branding integration, staff training, and a soft launch period. Enterprise partners with custom requirements may need 6-8 weeks.
Yes. Partner tier and above can co-brand certificates with your institution's logo and colors. Premier and Enterprise partners can work with our curriculum team to customize content, add institution-specific modules, and even create entirely new certificate programs.
All partners receive email support and community forum access. Partner tier adds priority support with faster response times. Premier partners get a dedicated account manager, and Enterprise partners receive a full dedicated support team with SLA guarantees.
The Explorer tier is completely free with no commitment. Paid tiers (Partner and Premier) are billed annually for the best value, though quarterly billing is available. Enterprise agreements are custom-negotiated based on your institution's needs.
Enterprise partners receive full LMS integration support, including API access for seamless connection with platforms like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and others. Premier partners can access basic integration options through our standard API.
All certificate programs come with curriculum and teaching materials. Partner tier includes access to guest lecture series. Premier and Enterprise partners get priority faculty matching, connecting your institution with TGC-certified instructors for in-person or virtual instruction.
Upgrading is seamless. Contact your account manager or our partnerships team, and we will prorate the remaining balance on your current plan. New features and expanded access are typically activated within 48 hours of upgrade confirmation.
We offer flexible commercial models: per-seat licensing for cohort programs, revenue-share for co-branded certificates, and flat-fee licensing for white-label deployments. Specific terms are tailored to your institution's enrollment volume, partnership tier, and program duration. We will share a transparent proposal after our discovery call.
TGC retains ownership of our core curriculum and faculty-developed materials. Co-developed or institution-customized courseware is jointly owned per agreement. Student data is owned by the partner institution; TGC processes it as a service provider under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with GDPR, FERPA, and your local data-protection requirements.
Pilot programs (Explorer tier) can launch within 4-6 weeks of agreement. Co-branded programs (Partner tier) typically take 8-12 weeks including faculty alignment, calendar integration, and onboarding. Full white-label or custom builds (Premier and Enterprise) range from 3-6 months depending on integration scope.
Every TGC course is taught by primary faculty plus a vetted alternate from the same instrument area and pedagogical lineage. If a faculty member becomes unavailable mid-program, the alternate steps in within one teaching cycle. We notify partners proactively and provide bio and audition materials for the substitute.
Yes. Premier and Enterprise partners receive LTI 1.3 integration with Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and Brightspace, including SSO and gradebook passthrough. Partner-tier institutions can use our hosted portal with a single-sign-on bridge. Custom integrations are scoped during onboarding.
TGC certificates are recognized credentials issued under our institutional brand. Degree-track credit (BM, MM, DMA) is issued through our university partner network. We work with your registrar to map TGC programs to credit-bearing equivalents at your institution, and we support articulation agreements when appropriate.
