Is there a minimum commitment required?
No. Our Guest Faculty Access model allows you to begin with a single masterclass or workshop. Curriculum Integration and Custom Programs typically run on a semester or annual basis, but we design every engagement around your needs.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the partnership model, number of students, and frequency of sessions. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal after our initial needs assessment. Volume and multi-year commitments receive preferential rates.
What are the technical requirements?
For virtual sessions, students need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet practice space. We provide onboarding support and technical guidance to ensure an optimal experience for everyone involved.
Can we choose specific faculty members?
Absolutely. We encourage institutions to review our faculty roster and express preferences. We will match your students with artists whose expertise, instrument specialization, and teaching philosophy align with your program goals.
What ongoing support is provided?
Every partner institution is assigned a dedicated program coordinator who manages scheduling, communication, and quality assurance. We conduct regular check-ins and provide progress reports so you always have visibility into your program's impact.
How do we get started?
Schedule a discovery call with our partnerships team. We will learn about your institution, discuss your goals, and outline the next steps. There is no obligation—just a conversation about how we can serve your students.
What is the revenue share or business model?
We offer flexible commercial models: per-seat licensing for cohort programs, revenue-share for co-branded certificates, and flat-fee licensing for white-label deployments. Specific terms are tailored to your institution's enrollment volume, partnership tier, and program duration. We will share a transparent proposal after our discovery call.
Who owns the curriculum and student data?
TGC retains ownership of our core curriculum and faculty-developed materials. Co-developed or institution-customized courseware is jointly owned per agreement. Student data is owned by the partner institution; TGC processes it as a service provider under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with GDPR, FERPA, and your local data-protection requirements.
How long does a typical partnership take to launch?
Pilot programs (Explorer tier) can launch within 4–6 weeks of agreement. Co-branded programs (Partner tier) typically take 8–12 weeks including faculty alignment, calendar integration, and onboarding. Full white-label or custom builds (Premier and Enterprise) range from 3–6 months depending on integration scope.
What if a faculty member becomes unavailable?
Every TGC course is taught by primary faculty plus a vetted alternate from the same instrument area and pedagogical lineage. If a faculty member becomes unavailable mid-program, the alternate steps in within one teaching cycle. We notify partners proactively and provide bio and audition materials for the substitute.
Do you integrate with Canvas, Moodle, or other LMS platforms?
Yes. Premier and Enterprise partners receive LTI 1.3 integration with Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and Brightspace, including SSO and gradebook passthrough. Partner-tier institutions can use our hosted portal with a single-sign-on bridge. Custom integrations (PowerSchool, Workday, etc.) are scoped during onboarding.
What about accreditation and degree credit?
TGC certificates are recognized credentials issued under our institutional brand. Degree-track credit (BM, MM, DMA) will be issued through our accredited university partner network upon confirmation of partnerships. We work with your registrar to map TGC programs to credit-bearing equivalents at your institution, and we support articulation agreements when appropriate.
