What time zone are masterclasses scheduled in?

All times are displayed in your local timezone automatically. Our system converts the scheduled time for you, so you always see exactly when the event starts in your location.

Are masterclasses recorded?

Recording availability varies by event and is indicated on each masterclass listing. When recording is enabled, participants receive access to the replay in their portal within 48 hours of the event.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours, we offer credit toward future masterclasses. No refunds are issued after the event begins.

How are performers selected?

Performer selection is merit-based. Applications are reviewed by our artistic committee, considering musical preparation, repertoire appropriateness, and the potential for meaningful pedagogical exchange.

How do I access the masterclass after purchase?

Immediately after purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your personal access link. You can also find all your masterclasses in your My Masterclasses portal. The access link takes you to a private page with session details and the join button.
