Faculty Policies
Clear expectations that protect both our faculty and students.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice required. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Emergency exceptions handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling
Flexible rescheduling up to 12 hours before the lesson. Student-initiated changes handled through the booking system. Teacher-initiated changes require 24-hour notice.
Code of Conduct
Maintain professional standards in all interactions. Respectful communication, punctuality, and preparation are expected. Privacy and confidentiality of student information must be upheld.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original teaching materials. TGC has a license to use lesson recordings for quality assurance. Curriculum authored through the Author Track follows separate terms.
