Simona Gatto is an internationally active trumpet performer and educator, recognized for her versatility across classical, contemporary, and orchestral repertoire. Based in Europe, she maintains a dynamic career as a soloist, chamber musician, and pedagogue, combining high-level performance experience with a refined, methodical teaching approach.

Her professional work includes collaborations with orchestras, contemporary ensembles, and interdisciplinary projects across Europe and beyond. Simona is particularly known for her engagement with modern and living composers, regularly performing new works and expanding the expressive and technical boundaries of the trumpet.

As an educator, Simona teaches Intermediate through Professional students, focusing on sound development, technical efficiency, stylistic awareness, and mental clarity in performance. Her teaching emphasizes adaptability, body awareness, and sustainable practice habits, supporting long-term artistic growth rather than short-term technical fixes.

She has been invited to teach and perform at institutions, festivals, and masterclasses internationally, where her clarity of communication and structured methodology are highly regarded.
