A Flagship Opportunity

An elite initiative for exceptional young musicians and rising professionals worldwide. Each application is carefully reviewed by a dedicated selection committee of faculty, advisors, and guest artists.

Application Tracks

  • Performer Track
    Apply to perform in a recorded or streamed masterclass with global artist-faculty. Selected sessions may be featured in Spotlight Series or Excerpt Intensives.
  • Host Track
    For educators and specialists presenting innovative, focused, or underrepresented topics in a 60-minute online masterclass. Requires a lesson plan, sample video, and references.
  • Global Spotlight Nomination
    Invite-only. Faculty and advisors nominate artists for extraordinary work in performance, innovation, pedagogy, or community impact.

Application Requirements

  • Full Name
  • Country of Residence
  • Area of Study
  • CV or Artistic Resume
  • 1–2 Unedited Video Recordings (8–10 minutes minimum)
  • Statement of Purpose (500–1000 words)
  • One Letter of Recommendation
  • Proposed Repertoire or Masterclass Topic (for Host applicants)
  • Availability for scheduling and tech rehearsal

  • Technical and artistic mastery
  • Creativity and innovation (for Host Track)
  • Depth and clarity of musical interpretation
  • Alignment with Conservatory values: access, excellence, diversity, forward-thinking
  • Communication and teaching effectiveness
