14-Day Satisfaction Promise

The Global Conservatory offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Promise on all certificate programs. If a program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment — no questions asked.

Private Lessons & Group Classes

Individual lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Unused lesson packages may be refunded on a prorated basis.

Masterclasses

Masterclass registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.
