Guzheng performer (Performance Level) based in Guangzhou, China. Fluent in English, passionate about teaching traditional Chinese music to international learners worldwide.
I am a guzheng player based in Guangzhou, China, and I have reached the Performance Level — the highest amateur grade in the Chinese music examination system. Alongside my musical training, I am currently studying International Economic Rules at guangdong university of finance. This background has given me strong cross-cultural communication skills, and I have worked as an interpreter at trade exhibitions. My teaching philosophy is to make traditional Chinese music accessible to non-Chinese speakers. I can explain guzheng techniques, musical context, and cultural stories in fluent English, helping international students connect with the instrument on a deeper level. I love teaching beginners who are curious about Chinese culture, and I am excited to bring guzheng to a global audience through TGC.
