Jerome Burns is a passionate trumpet player with a unique story. After earning his master’s degree in classical trumpet at The Manhattan School of Music, he spent two years in The Netherlands performing the music of Karlheinz Stockhausen, including a major role in the 2019 Holland Festival. After that, he found new inspiration in metal music, learning to play complex guitar parts on his trumpet and writing his own bold pieces. Today, Jerome teaches and performs in Connecticut, sharing his love for music while playing his favourite Van Laar trumpets.
