Amy Hill

Piano Faculty | The Global Conservatory

I have been playing music informally since I taught myself to play the piano as a child. I also play the guitar, mandolin, flute, and harmonica. I currently play the organ for my Southern gospel church, and I've had three piano students throughout my life. I am a full-time lecturer at Tennessee Tech University, where I developed the Desktop Publishing program, with courses that I've created in graphic design. My formal background is in journalism as an editor at Tennessee Tech. I then earned my MBA, after which I began adjunct teaching part-time. I became a full-time teacher at Tech in 2022.
