Ukrainian classical saxophonist and educator trained at Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy. I teach saxophone, musicianship and performance to children, teens and adults, combining strong fundamentals with individual, practical and engaging instruction.
Mykhailo Shamarin is a Ukrainian classical saxophonist and educator based in Lviv. He graduated from Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy with a focus on saxophone performance, chamber music and instrumental pedagogy. Alongside professional ensemble performance, Mykhailo maintains an active private teaching practice, working with beginner and intermediate students. His teaching covers tone production, breathing, articulation, technique, sight-reading, musicianship, repertoire development and performance preparation. His approach is structured but individual: lessons are adapted to each student's level, goals and learning pace, with an emphasis on building reliable fundamentals while developing musical confidence and independence. He particularly enjoys helping students prepare for auditions, examinations, recitals and competitions.
